"Not previously a fan of French cheeses, but really out of a silly fear of trying different things. Anyway, I was a guest at my new French relative's house in the Auvergne and we all had this cheese. It blew me away by its gorgeous texture and sublime smooth taste. Even the rind is heaven. I can't wait to get some more over here in England."
