"It was surprisingly good. One of the best meat i ever tasted. Less metallic taste than i was anticipated from a game meat. I was hoping it will taste somewhat like a venison but it was more like a beef with a more dense texture and richer in taste. It was served with lingon berry to give the dish a balanced acidity and sweetness. Tried the dish back in Oslo and loving it."
