"Rawon actually is a great dish ONLY if the chef knows how to cook it . Only a few restaurants/ foodstalls cook it right & they KEEP the recipe SECRET๐ until now . Most restos n foodstalls only cook bland rawon . Sorry to say... Btw , depot sakinah in pasuruan city makes+ offers the BesT rawon ๐๐๐ . I live in the origin province of rawon for almost my whole life . So my opinion is somewhat true & not biased๐"
