The Ramen Expo, an annual event dedicated soley to ramen, takes place over four consecutive weekends in December at Expo Commemoration Park in Osaka. World-famous shops from all over the country offer their version of traditional Japanese dish.

Each weekend has a different set of 10 vendors, so the most enthusiastic ramen lovers can theoretically try 40 different bowls of ramen.
