Quilceda Creek is a family-owned winery established in 1978 by Alex and Jeannette Golitzin in Snohomish, Washington. As the 12th bonded winery in the state post-Prohibition, it has played a pivotal role in Washington's wine industry. The winery's inaugural vintage in 1979 produced 150 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon crafted in the family's garage.

Over the years, Quilceda Creek has focused on producing world-class, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon, sourcing grapes from esteemed vineyards in the Columbia Valley, including Champoux and Galitzine. Under the leadership of Paul Golitzin, who became Director of Winemaking in 1992, the winery has achieved numerous accolades, including multiple 100-point scores from esteemed wine critics.

This recognition underscores Quilceda Creek's commitment to excellence and its status as a benchmark for New World Cabernet Sauvignon.
