"Still in parish of St. John, there is Lemon Arbor. Regarded as a well-known hang-out spot for tourists and visitors, many flock to this bar to catch a plate of their pudding and souse."

"Arguably one of the most popular souse options on island, the Souse Factory, has a long and reputable history as a leading pudding and souse provider."

"We ate delicious, takeaway “pudding and souse” from Castaways and later returned for a restaurant meal. Pudding and souse is a Bajan speciality. Traditionally it is made from all sorts of parts of a pig, but we opted for the less gruesome version served with regular chunks of lean pork. Highly recommended."

"Above is Chef Cummings fine dining interpretation of pudding and souse. Cummings took the most traditional Bajan dish and while most locals would never recognize his dish, my dining partner, a self-proclaimed pudding and souse aficionado proclaimed it had all the notes and flavour of the traditional Bajan dish."
