Prairie Rose

Prairie Rose is an American artisan cheese hailing from Iowa, where it's produced by Milton Creamery. This Swiss-style cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk and it's typically left to age for a minimum of 10 weeks. Underneath its natural rind, the texture is semi-hard, creamy, and open with numerous eyes dispersed throughout the body.

The aromas are mild, nutty, and grassy, while the flavors are full, smooth, and creamy, with hints of hay and grass.
