Pilot Brewing is a nano-brewery located in Charlotte. It specializes in producing small-batch, experimental beers crafted on a 3-barrel brewing system, with an additional half-barrel “Co-Pilot” system for smaller projects. Founded by Rachael Hudson, an experienced brewer trained at notable breweries such as Hardywood Park and NoDa Brewing, the brewery emphasizes innovation in both traditional and experimental beer styles.
