Picofino Original Vermouth Gin Fusion is an Asturian vermouth that combines a wine-based vermouth with Picofino Original Gin. It is made from a wine base infused with herbs and botanicals, but instead of using the usual grain or wine alcohol to reach its final strength, Picofino adds its own gin.

The result is a 15% ABV drink with a distinctive balance between vermouth sweetness, herbal bitterness, citrus notes and the aromatic character of gin. Its profile is described as rounded, smooth and complex, with notes that may recall vanilla, anise, cinnamon and a lightly bitter finish.

The product is based on a family-inspired habit of adding a few drops of gin to vermouth, reinterpreted as a finished bottled drink. It is usually served chilled as an aperitif, either on its own or with ice and an orange peel.
