Penderyn Sherrywood is a single malt Welsh whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 46% ABV. This maturation imparts aromas of dark fruit and rich toffee mingling with green apples and hazelnuts. The palate offers a rich sweetness that transitions to a refreshing dryness, leading to a finish with sweet notes of toffee and sultanas.
This expression is part of Penderyn's Gold Range, reflecting the distillery's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
