"There are several places in Ivrea serving some version of "torta 900", but the one and only original one is served from Pasticceria Balla. They have trademarked the name and their recipe is secret. This is definitely my favourite chocolate cake, it's simple, the flavour is not too strong and i love the taste of the cream. If you want to have it as dessert after dinner, you can also find it at the restaurant Aquila Nera in Ivrea"
