"For our first dinner in Punta Arenas we chose Parillo Los Ganaderos which features a ranch-like décor and atmosphere, and specializes in the local favorite, spit-roasted lamb, cooked over a big fire in the dining room. It was a lot of lamb, but I now know why it is a local favorite."
