"I used the combination, since there is no many variations, buffalo mozzarella, boiled eggs, Parmigiana Reggiano, Provolone, and prosciutto. The boiled eggs and provolone go SO WELL with the eggplants, that I lightly fried. I would recommend this for a nice potluck or party, a little show off and not common. Just delicious."
