"If you go to Piteå it is of course compulsory to go into the Öjebyn and eat at the Paltzerian. An important trick with palt is to eat fast. Simply so that you can squeeze as many palts as possible before you can feel that you are saturated."

"We ended our stay in Piteå with the local national dish palt, on the world's only paltzeria. I ate vegetarian palt with raw food and Malin ate fried potato palt with salmon. Yummy!"
