Oktoberfest Hannover is a large fun fair and beer festival (Volksfest) usually held around the end of September and beginning of October in Hannover, Germany. Over the course of 17 days, visitors can enjoy a variety of beers offered at two large tents and several smaller tents and beer gardens, including the special festival's beer from Privatbrauerei Herrenhausen and favorite local beer, Lüttje Lage, and indulge in Lower Saxon cuisine.
The Oktoberfest also features dirndl competitions, carnival rides, parades, and fireworks.
