Moonwalk is an English cocktail made with a combination of grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, rose water, and sparkling wine. In order to prepare it, grapefruit juice, orange liqueur, and rose water should be vigorously shaken with ice, and strained into a champagne flute.
The combination is then topped with sparkling wine. This cocktail was invented in 1969 by the legendary bartender Joe Gilmore, who made it to commemorate the first moon landing. Upon returning to Earth, Moonwalk was the first thing that was sipped by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin.
