Monte Carlo Gastronomie is an international food fair that takes place in late November at Chapiteau of Monaco. A four-day event features the finest of the French and international gastronomy such as wines, champagnes, cognac, Armagnac and liqueurs but also salmon, foie gras, seafood, truffles, caviar, chocolates, sweets, cheeses, meats, cured meats, organic, jams, and other culinary specialities.
