Mistura Food Festival is a celebration of Peruvian cuisine and agriculture held each September in Lima, Peru. It features a large market, where more than 300 farmers from across the country exhibit and sell their region's products. Visitors can try famous Peruvian potatoes and donuts, picarones, or simply enjoy local and international specialties served at numerous food stalls run by celebrity chefs, small vendors and renowned restaurants.
