In this variant, the milkshake is flavored with Irish cream liqueur and has chocolate chip cookies, giving it a bit of texture. In addition, crumbled chocolate cookies are also sprinkled on top.
2 ½ cups (300g) coffee ice cream
1 ½ cups (360 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) Irish cream liqueur
2 large chocolate chip cookies
1 chocolate chip cookie for topping
6 ice cubes
Add ice cream, milk, liqueur, ice cubes and 2 chocolate chip cookies to a blender.
Run the blender until the milkshake is almost smooth. Some small pieces of cookie are desirable.
Serve the milkshake in glasses with some more crumbled cookies on top.
