The following is a no-nonsense recipe for a traditional and basic vanilla milkshake. We recommend using whole milk and premium vanilla ice cream, which, when combined, give a true example of what a perfect milkshake should taste like.
1/3 cups (80 ml) whole milk
1 ¾ cups (280g) premium vanilla ice-cream
Pour the milk and place the ice-cream in a blender. Mix until it is completely smooth.
