Michel Guignier is a fourth-generation winemaker located in Villié-Morgon, within the heart of the Beaujolais Cru vineyards in France. He cultivates approximately 7 hectares of vineyards using organic and biodynamic methods, emphasizing natural, chemical-free viticulture.

His vineyards are situated on decomposed granite and crumbly schist soils, locally known as "roches pourries," which contribute to the unique character of his wines. Guignier's approach includes traditional Beaujolais vinification with indigenous yeasts, semi-carbonic maceration, and minimal intervention, resulting in authentic wines that reflect their terroir.

His portfolio features appellations such as Morgon, Brouilly, Chiroubles, Beaujolais, Saint-Amour, Fleurie, Moulin à Vent, and Mâcon Villages.
