"The pachamanca that we ordered, which consisted of beef, chicken and pork, was served in its clay pot that kept it warm. All the meats were very tasty, as well as the complements like the beans, the sweet potato, the corn, the potato, the roasted plantain (novelly delicious) and humita. Enough for two people."
"A clay pot was presented for every two people, but each pot could have easily served four. The pots were filled with alpaca, Haba beans (lima beans), tamales, choclo (Peruvian white corn), potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken, and herbs and seasonings. The potatoes are delicious, too. They actually have their own earthy,sweet, creamy flavor which is much more concentrated than the flavor of our Idahoes."
