"Es un platillo delicioso, típico y esencial en la dieta mexicana. Su caldo lleno de sabor hace que por sí mismo se convierta en un platillo único para acompañar con ricas tortillas de maíz hechas al comal. Las diferentes texturas en la carne utilizada del menudo varía acorde a los gustos de cada comensal."

"I love menudo and I even make it. I clean very good, and I use Nixtamal which is more of a natural hominy which is sold frozen. This gives it more of a better taste to the menudo. It more homemade. I use beef feet instead of pork feet. I use about 2 to 3 types of chiles which makes very tasteful and good."

"Aside from its presence on the menu being the marker of a good Mexican restaurant, there isn't a hangover menudo can't cure."
