Mazafati dates

Mazafati dates are a well-known Iranian cultivar, highly regarded for their sweet and delicate taste and soft and chewy texture. They are primarily grown in the southern regions of Iran, with Bam region being the largest producer and exporter. Mazafi dates are medium-sized, dark in color, and mostly consumed fresh, either on their own as a snack or paired with nuts, cheese, oatmeal, and yogurt.
