"One of my favorite dishes of Turkish cuisine, which is prepared differently from region to region, e.g. in Kayserie with small dumplings or in the Kars/Ardahan region with rather large dumplings, comparable to Georgian Hinkali, served with a yoghurt and garlic sauce and tomato butter sauce. Fantastic!!"
