Aging under flor in Sanlucar de Barrameda, in a humid microclimate under the influence of the sea breeze from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, which marks his character extremely dry, light and sharp. A unique manzanilla sherry within that year after year has earned the highest awards in competitions most prestigious international wines.
