"The fried pieces of chicken were drained well. The breading on the chicken was light. The breading itself was not salty or overly seasoned. The chicken was moist and not overcooked by the frying. The orange sauce that glazed the fried breaded chicken was light and not overly sweet. The orange flavoring to the sauce was not overpowering."
