It undergoes aging for 12 to 18 months in American white oak barrels, followed by a finish in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks using the solera method. This meticulous process imparts a rich flavor profile with woody notes of walnuts, caramel, and vanilla, complemented by a hint of ginger spice.
The aroma presents fresh herbal scents intertwined with woody undertones, slightly smoky coffee nuances, and sweet accents.
