"Like myself, it might take most travelers a few samples to get into this dish but in my opinion its certainly up there for comfort food for those cold wintery days. My first time trying it I thought the Spätzle came across as bland and an odd mix with the lentils but it really does creep on you as a likeable dish after a while."
