Lasso Motel Whiskey's Rosé Cask Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in French rosé wine casks, offering a unique flavor profile. Distilled at the Green River Distillery in Kentucky, this bourbon has a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, and is bottled at 100 proof.
On the nose, it presents delicate floral notes, honeysuckle, vanilla, nutmeg, and honey. The palate features a touch of cinnamon, light floral and herbaceous undertones, and a subtle yet assertive hint of grape skin, culminating in a balanced bourbon with a honeysuckle finish.
