La Sagra del Tartufo Bianco is an annual mushroom fair dedicated to truffles that takes place in San Miniato during the last three weekends of November. The internationally recognised fair hosts many gastronomic and cultural events.

Apart from selling fresh truffles in various parts of the historical centre of San Miniato, the festival host stalls and markets where people can eat, drink and find all types of Tuscan products.
