Kistler Chardonnay Hyde Vineyard 2022 is a distinguished white wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the esteemed Hyde Vineyard in Carneros, California. Kistler Vineyards, renowned for producing single-vineyard Chardonnays, has been bottling wine from Hyde Vineyard since 1994.

The Hyde Vineyard is situated in the heart of Carneros and is planted in marine loam soils that become leaner along the hillside. This terroir contributes to a classically well-poised, mid-weight Chardonnay threaded with salient natural acids and a bouquet of green stone and orchard fruit skins, complemented by a crushed oyster shell-like minerality.

As the 2022 vintage becomes available, it is anticipated to continue Kistler's legacy of producing exceptional Chardonnays that offer a harmonious balance of fruit, acidity, and minerality, making it a noteworthy addition to any wine enthusiast's collection.
