Kidd's Orange Red apples

A cross between Delicious and Cox's Orange Pippin apples, Kidd’s Orange Red was first bred in 1924. It is medium in size, red in color, and is characterized by its crisp, yellowish flesh, a balanced, aromatic flavor, and subtle sweetness.


It is mainly enjoyed fresh but can also withstand cooking or drying and is often used in the production of apple juice.
