Hand-harvested. Selection of the best grapes for several weeks, according to their ripeness. Complete destemming, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Vinification carried out according to traditional methods.
Aged using the traditional Canteiro system, in French and American oak barrels of different capacities.
