The Isle of Raasay Distillery has released a special edition of its single malt whisky named "Tourism Destination of the Year" to celebrate winning the award. This edition has been fully matured in ex-Manzanilla sherry casks, contributing to a unique flavor profile with notes of chamomile, almonds, and salted caramel.
The whisky is bottled at 52% ABV, with natural color and non-chill filtration. It is available in a 70cl bottle and can be ordered online for delivery within the United Kingdom.

The Isle of Raasay Distillery, located at Borodale House on the Isle of Raasay, is the first legal distillery on the island, established in 2017. The distillery produces Scotch whisky and gin, using water from its own source to fully embrace the island's influence on its products.
