Very flavourful fried fish I had with ketchup black sauce. Sambal goreng was delicious. With different textures and unami bursting in your mouth. Paru (beef lungs) was well marinated and fried perfectly. Rice was soft puffy and compliments the curry gravy to heavenly perfection. A elderly old man whom happens to work there has a very good heart. Offered me a drink while I was picking up an delivery order one day. Blessed be the man.

Aside from the fresh ingredients, they've mastered the perfect fish-grilling method, the way Makassarese does it. It chars the outside and keeps the meat juicy and soft inside.
