This ham undergoes a meticulous curing process lasting at least 30 months, resulting in a product with a characteristic deep reddish-brown color and a rich, aromatic flavor. Ibéricos Casa Lucas offers an exclusive Limited Edition of this ham, with only 200 pieces selected to provide a unique and unparalleled gastronomic experience.
