Hudson Restaurant Week is a biannual culinary celebration that promotes Hudson County as a premier dining destination in New Jersey during slow times of the year: January and July. It is run for two weeks, primarily Monday through Friday, when participating restaurants offer a discounted prix-fixe for lunch and dinner.
