"I'm a native to the region. This is the best Wedding Soup I've had. And it's my favorite soup, too. It is usually followed by a second course of the veal or beef that the broth was made of garnished with onion sauce. Both go together, because this used to be a poor rural region and no food (especially meat) was wasted, even on wedding days."
