"The best pies in Sydney and regional NSW: Hayden's Pies - Chicken is marinated for 24 hours in yoghurt and Indian spices then roasted on specially-designed trays before being diced and combined with homemade butter chicken sauce. It is then put in buttery puff pastry and served with a side dish of mint yoghurt."

"It was delicious, especially for a plain mince pie. One of my worst fears of eating a pie is getting a huge chunk of gristle or fat when you’re mid chew … it totally turns me off. I have to say, Hayden’s pie wasn’t fatty or gristly at all. I am definitely impressed."
