Gladmat

Gladmat is a vibrant food festival held every July along Vaagen, the main harbor in Stavanger, Norway. Over the course of four days, the finest local restaurants prepare their signature dishes; top-class chefs present their delicious creations on gala dinners, and regional producers sell their artisan products and homemade foods at a gourmet market.


The festival also features tutored wine tastings, cooking classes and competitions.
