Giaconda is an Australian winery located in the Beechworth region of Victoria. It was founded in 1982 by Rick Kinzbrunner, a former mechanical engineer who developed an interest in wine in the early 1970s. Kinzbrunner gained experience working at esteemed wineries in New Zealand, the United States—including Stag's Leap, Simi, and Matanzas Creek—and Europe, where he worked with the Moueix group in Bordeaux, co-owners of the renowned Château Pétrus.

The winery is named after the Mona Lisa, known in Italian as La Gioconda. Giaconda is renowned for producing high-quality wines, particularly Chardonnay, which is considered among the best in Australia. The winery practices organic vinification and traditional winemaking methods, including gravity flow, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and minimal filtration.
