Weingut Georg Mosbacher is a family-owned winery located in the picturesque wine village of Forst an der Weinstraße, in the Pfalz region of Germany. The winery manages approximately 22 hectares of vineyards, most of which are situated in prestigious locations in Forst and Deidesheim.
Currently operated by the third generation of the family, Sabine Mosbacher-Düringer and her husband Jürgen Düringer, the winery focuses on producing high-quality wines, with an emphasis on Riesling, which accounts for about 80% of their vineyards.
In addition to Riesling, they cultivate varieties such as Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Sauvignon Blanc, Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), Merlot, and Dornfelder. Since 2012, the vineyards have been managed according to organic farming principles, contributing to the preservation of natural balance and biodiversity.
