"Here is our first gastronomic recommendation, La Taberna del Campero, we have already been there a few times and it will not be the last. Once seated, we began to enjoy some tapas and reserved our favourite dishes for the last, like tuna with mango gazpacho."
"Chef Carmelo Florido, in his restaurant El Equilibrista 33, proposes Canarian cuisine with creative touches, always preserving the essence of the ancestral flavours of a land that in culinary terms has so much to offer. Florido gives a twist to traditional gastronomy with surprising creations such as his mango gazpacho with prawns and coriander."
"As we considered the menu, we were given a choice of hot breads and either oil or butters plus the most delicious mango gazpacho which I wasn’t sure whether to drink or use a tiny spoon. In the end the spoon won as the topping of edible flowers and crispy, crunchy fruit had to be devoured. It really was yummy!"
One of the best versions of the traditional Andalusian soup, with local mangos from the Axarquia.
