Cultured, imperious, austere nose, marked by dark notes of bitter chocolate, mulberry jam, earth and spices; then again wonderful balsamic whiffs on a mineral background so rich and punctual as to be surprising. On the palate, vigor and density explode in an energetic and structured but incredibly chiseled mouth.
