Fromageries Laurent Dubois is a renowned chain of Parisian cheese shops led by Laurent Dubois, a holder of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) title, awarded to the finest artisans in France. With five shops located in iconic Parisian neighborhoods, including Bastille, Maubert, Dupleix, and Auteuil, as well as a restaurant on the eighth floor of the Printemps Haussmann department store, Laurent Dubois offers cheese enthusiasts a unique gastronomic experience.

The selection includes carefully chosen cheeses made from cow’s, sheep’s, and goat’s milk, sourced from various French regions and other countries such as Italy, Greece, and the United Kingdom. Special attention is given to the aging process, with factors such as humidity and temperature meticulously controlled.

Specific techniques like rubbing, brushing, and turning the cheeses are used to achieve optimal flavor and texture. Creativity is Laurent Dubois's hallmark, reflected in original creations such as goat cheese with strawberries and basil, creamy cheese with blackcurrants from Burgundy, and the famous Roquefort with quince paste, his first innovative creation.
