"French dip sandwiches are so good for something so simple. I love mine with swiss--or another similar cheese--and cooked onions. The au jus needs to be salty and flavourful, and not too thick to be a gravy. It needs to be thin enough to soak into the bread and meat. Such a simple, yummy sandwich"
