Festa Artusiana

Festa Artusiana takes place yearly around June and July and honors Pellegrino Artusi, one of the most famous Italian cooks who published his magnum opus, ''Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well'' in the 19th century. Restaurants and stalls along the streets and squares in his hometown of Forlimpopoli, Italy, offer tastings of the delicious recipes from the famous cookbook.


Besides fantastic food, visitors can enjoy various markets, talks, demonstrations, exhibitions, and rich cultural program.
