Ferme Fromagère du Pays de Pail is a family-owned dairy located in Pré-en-Pail, in the Pays de la Loire region of France. The farm raises approximately 60 Montbéliarde and Normande cows, which are exclusively fed with feed produced on the estate. The dairy specializes in the production of organic cheeses, processing nearly all the milk from two daily milkings directly on the farm.


Their flagship product, Tomme de Pail, comes in two varieties: natural and marinated with poiré, a traditional French pear cider. These cheeses are aged for two months before being ready for sale. Additionally, the dairy offers Petit Frais de Pail, a fresh cheese available in natural or seasoned varieties, which has quickly gained popularity among customers.
