Located in the prestigious region of Carmo de Minas, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, Fazenda Santa Inês is a coffee plantation with a rich tradition and a commitment to exceptional quality. This family-owned farm, situated at an altitude of 900 to 1,050 meters, spans a total of 215 hectares, with 75 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation.
Since 1979, when the Pereira family took over the estate, Fazenda Santa Inês has been applying innovative growing and processing methods, prioritizing quality over quantity. As a result, their coffee is recognized and appreciated worldwide. The plantation grows some of the finest coffee varieties, including Red Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Acaiá, Catuaí, and Catucaí.
